Our relationship doesn’t end at delivery. When you drive away in your Yama Van, you’re backed by a dedicated service team who knows your build inside and out. Whether it’s troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, or tune-ups, and is just a call or click away.
As a Mercedes-Benz Expert Upfitter and Transport Canada Certified manufacturer, your van is supported by a 3 year / 60,000 km (36,000 mi) warranty. With Yama, your Sprinter’s warranty doesn’t begin until your build is complete. That means real peace of mind, on and off the road.

Production

Delivery

Before we hand you the keys, we spend a couple of hours making sure you know your van inside and out. Then we send you off with comprehensive self-serve resources so you’re supported long after you leave the lot.

When you drive off in your Yama Van, our support rides with you. From troubleshooting to upgrades, our dedicated service team is always a call or click away.
